Is a health pass or proof of vaccination necessary to visit the Garden of Five Senses or to participate in a workshop ?
As the Jardin des Cinq Sens is a private venue, it is classified as an ERP PA (Etablissement Recevant du Public de Plein Air). After having been obliged to ask for the presentation of the COVID pass to our visitors during the 2020 and 2021 seasons, we follow closely the evolution of the measures and the legislation imposed on structures like ours.
We adapt our organisation to each governmental decision and update this page as best we can, according to the latest information communicated to us by the competent authorities. To date, the latest news of March 14, 2022, leads us to the end of the presentation of a pass to access the garden.
Thank you to all our past, present and future visitors for allowing us to continue the adventure.
Can I visit the garden without having booked ?
Online bookings are highly recommended, as they allow us to limit the number of people present in the garden and also to guarantee you a time slot for your visit. By respecting your entry time to the Garden, you will not have to wait.
Is a mask obligatory ?
No, wearing a mask is no longer compulsory since the 14th of March 2022.
I booked a ticket but I can’t come, can I get a refund?
Yes, we have made more flexible our refund policy in case of cancellation. Just send us an email with the information of the visitor who book the ticket and tell us if you want a credit note (you can use for 1 year) or a full refund.
Can I visit with a group of more than 50 people?
For all group booking requests, please contact us by email or via the form.
We will not be able to fit all 50 people (or more) at the same time, but we do sub-groups so that everyone can visit at different times.
